Villa Rules and Policies

Please NO smoking inside. A 300.00 USD cleaning fee will be charged if smoking does occur inside the villa.

Please note that electricity is charged separately, for longer stays. The electricity meter will be checked prior to your check in, and upon check out. Electricity is charged at $0.50 USD per kilowatt. Note that the appliances do not consume much electricity. The AC usage is the biggest factor in additional electricity charges.

Sosua Ocean Village also has a noise policy that they do enforce. It is prohibited to make sounds or play musical instruments that break the silence or bother the neighbors both at the Property Units and common areas. This means any music or sound exceeding 60 decibels at the distance of 30 feet from the source of the noise or other conditions that harm the peace, quiet, safety and comfort of the residents of the nearby Property Units. Starting from 11 p.m. (23:00) to 7:00 am any noise is prohibited.

There is parking available at our villa, but please no parking in the street, cars must be parked in the carport or in the overflow parking right before the security guard. Street parking will get a fine by the complex of $100 USD per occurrence.

Please help us reduce the strain on the grid by turning off AC units when not in the house or bedroom and keep inside doors closed when AC’s are on. It only takes about 10 minutes to cool down a room.

Self check-in and code will be provided prior to your arrival dates upon booking.
